Great thread love the colors.

I do machine embroidery art. The various colors make shading easy & the sheen picks up the light & adds greatly. A wonderful selection of colors. I plan on reordering when I need thread.

I see I am missing 817(gray), and there is nobody to contact. That said, I purchase the 1000M spools because they have a built in mechanism to secure the end of the thread for storage. I think on my next order I will try Brothread, but not Brother colors. Many of my purchased designs do not use Brother colors, and also Brothread does not sell the Brother skin-tones... I have been satisfied with the several purchases I have made, but there is always a problem with missing one or two colors.

I received as a gift a Brother PE800 embroidery machine and this thread. I love this thread and the way it winds on the bottom of the spool and snaps closed. Great thread, also received from brothread spool covers included in the box of thread.

These have been perfect for my machine embroidery. No problems with breaking for fraying. Only problem Ive had is that the stickers with the color number come off and then you dont know what the colors are. Ive taken to writing them in permanent marker instead.

Let me start with, we purchased this thread with our own money and have not received anything in return for this review. My wife and I have always talked about purchasing an embroidery machine, but were always concerned about the high cost of the machines. We finally took the plunge and purchased a certified pre-owned Baby Lock Journey on November 30, 2020. Then began the search for thread. We saw several brands at the sewing center, but the prices were too high to imagine. Then we turned to Amazon and found the great prices on New Brothread. We quickly read reviews and all seemed well, so with confidence we purchased the 64 spool box. It arrived quickly and well packaged (see pictures). My wife desperately wanted to try it out, so she grabbed our dedicated dog towels and started embroidering our dogs name on his towels. The thread is beautiful and stitched perfectly. After years of waiting, we can finally embroider all the stuff we have been wanting to embroider. After seeing the 320 colors that some embroidery thread companies have, we are praying Brothread will start offering more colors of quality thread in kits to compete with companies such as Floriani. Until then, we will be sticking to the colors offered by New Brothread. Loving this new hobby and this thread.
