Very simple to use with my PlayStation 2 that needed some new cables picture quality is quite good if youre playing on a newer tv like most people are in 2021 as compared to the old TVs we used to play ps2 games on an HDMI adapter is recommended with these cables for better quality if you care about that sort of thing I kinda like how aged everything looks
