I paid extra for next-day delivery and when it took 2 days, I was bummed bcz I had paid extra. However, I received an email on that second day that I was being reimbursed for the delivery charge. I was so happy that I didn’t have to do the calling! Great product, fair company!

Before wrapping them for Christmas, I had them setting on a coffee table near my Christmas tree, and the beveled glass and reflectivity of the mirrored letters made for a really good look. Thanks to my nephew, theyre now hanging in my great nieces bedroom. Also, when working through the process of getting some letters that were in stock and some that were soon to be in stock, I contacted the seller numerous times, and the response was prompt and satisfying on every occasion. I wouldnt hesitate to buy this product again if the need ever arises.

> 3 daySo...Im going for a glam theme in my living room and I ordered these letters for mine and my partners initials. I love that theyre mirrored and can either stand or hang. This particular letter R seems unleveled as it is a little wobbly compared to the other two I have (the A and the &) however, it does stand. I love it!
