Holds a lot, very sturdy, no scuffs yet. Wish it had the hanger tie down as in previous designs and miss adjustable elastic tie downs on inside. Little hard on carpet, but i had a lot packed.

What showed up to my door was not what is pictured in the description. It looks fine and I will use it for my trip. Just not what I was expecting. I actually like this one a little better because the inside has pockets. But the design was half of the reason I picked this one.

The worst thing these bags feature is a handle that doesnt come up far enough. NOT THIS BAG! The handle comes up far enough you can walk along next to it. 5 starts

Do NOT. Absolutely do not purchase anything from Swiss Gear these days. I used to appreciate their brand, but they’ve obviously made some changes and the product quality and customer service has turned to crap.

Received it today and it seems a high quality bag but it didn’t have the usb charger shown in the photo so it’s going back!

Great purchase! Took it on my VEGAS trip and I was able to pack a descent amount of clothes and 2 pair of shoes. The option to make it slightly bigger with the second zipper is a huge plus and it came in handy on the way back home. And for those wondering about the size to use as a carry on, I was also very hesitant about this. However, they allowed me to take this bag in the carry on storage above my seat, the bag just had to placed sideways in order to fit. I flew Southwest, not sure if other airlines have the same carry on space above you. Definitely recommend!
