The cup holder is unnecessary and a waste of space. But overall its good

First travel, one wheel broke, way to go swissgear. Always like their product, now i will be more careful choosing it. Not even 40 lbs, really???

Overall it’s an ok suitcase. The pull handle doesn’t feel very secure and I’m worried it’s going to snap off. The wheels are also ok, it doesn’t push very well by your side.

Great look. Love the water bottle holder. The strap inside the luggage broke within a week. But besides that, I like it

Has started falling apart after just one international trip. The rubber strip around the zippers has started to peel off.

It scratches too easily. (On the first trip) not the quality I was expecting from Swiss gear.

Great purchase! Took it on my VEGAS trip and I was able to pack a descent amount of clothes and 2 pair of shoes. The option to make it slightly bigger with the second zipper is a huge plus and it came in handy on the way back home. And for those wondering about the size to use as a carry on, I was also very hesitant about this. However, they allowed me to take this bag in the carry on storage above my seat, the bag just had to placed sideways in order to fit. I flew Southwest, not sure if other airlines have the same carry on space above you. Definitely recommend!
