Placed the foam inside a climbing helmet. Worked great. I was worried the adhesive would not stick to the other foam. It stuck No problem

I bought a wooden door sign from a local craft show that was constantly banging against my door. Put a few of these on the back and now its silent and my door protected. Easy solution. Very easy to peel and apply and cut down where I needed.

Junk. Very soft and curled. Sizes not even

I got placed into a permanent carbon fiber brace. I bought these pads to try to soften up areas that were rubbing on my leg. Worked perfectly! Now the brace is actually comfortable.

Used to line the back of a post-surgical boot. Provided enough cushioning where needed to avoid hot-spots from developing on heel.

This is 1/16 thick but I purposely ordered 1/8 as its being (supposed to at least) used as an automotive body connector seal replacement.

I needed soft 1/2” spacers to frame an oil painting. These worked as needed.

The adhesive pads are larger than the foam padding and not all are the exact same size.

I dont normally write a lot of reviews but Im posting this to save someone else the absolutely frustrating effort to try and peel off the protective film for the adhesive backing. The material is so soft that you will literally destroy the material trying to peel off the film. Totally useless. Get something else.
