Simple tester that works.

A good unit for identifying cables except that, per the instructions, you have to verify the absence of voltage on each cable before hooking this unit up. It does not have voltage detection and seemingly no voltage protection. If you accidentally connect to a sat receiver or power supply fed line there goes this unit.

Super cheaply made. Connector spun on first use and broke internal connection. Should have stuck with my old tracer.

Love it ,easy battery to change ,battery doesnt shake loose, I use it for work everyday. It saves me a lot of time chasing lines.

My son was able to trace and test our cables in our camper. We just purchased the camper from a different party and they had only satellite TV set up. With this tool, we were able to get our camper so that it hooked up to cable in the RV park.

Barrel connection inside is weak ha to add wall plate nut to keep barrel from twisting off
