2nd time I tried to use a tap on mild steel the tap broke in half. These taps and dies are low priced and the quality is also low.

Very nice set of taps and dies. Color coded sets, Red are SAE, Blue are Metric.

Decent cases, good quality, great price. Use tap oil, patience and do not force it. 1 turn in, half turn out and clear shavings ever 2 1/2-3 turns. Good product.

This set is good for one or 2 taps... Anything more the bits become weak

I was able to install a new antenna accessory for my SUV. I only give 3 star because the metal quality doesn’t feel to last longer. I can tell after several use of threading.
