> 3 dayThe brand new cartridge prints in poorer quality than a completely used Brother cartridge that is out of toner. But I needed it next day

> 3 dayI love this product. Running a business during this pandemic has been a challenge. Reducing costs is a must, and this has allowed me to place resources elsewhere to grow our business. The cartridges are great and they work as well as the factory OEM equipment, but at a fraction of the cost. Once I installed them there was a warning from Canon, but once you ignore their propaganda you realize you have a quality product at fraction of the cost. I am excited to see how many pages I can get out of this. We use the printer daily for mailers, labels, and inserts into our products. Trust me save yourself $200 and purchase these the alternative cost me over $200 more and last I checked they are more expensive than the last time I bought them. That is the last time I spend too much on toner, go with this one and save some dough, put it back in your pocket or into your business!

> 3 dayThese leaked and ruined two brother printers. The first cartridge leaked into my original printer, and I thought it had just broken after having it for a few years. The warranty was expired, so I replaced it with a new version that took the same cartridge. The same thing happened. I attempted to have repair it, but was told by four places that once a cartridge leaks like that, there is no repairing a brother printer. I contacted Brother and was told the same thing. Lesson learned. The only upside is that I got the latest model brother color printer out of it, but I will never use off brand ink again. Two printers, two different cartridges, and the same problem. Its not worth it to save a few bucks.

> 3 dayIm raising my rating from 1 star, followed by 3 stars, now to 4 stars, based on extremely responsive customer care and proactive concern for my satisfaction. No, the product didnt perform for me, but I was able to quickly return the toners and have been provided a refund, quick and easy return, and profuse apologies. The reviews are certainly vastly weighted toward satisfaction by Amazon customers, so I expect that my case is an outlier. As mentioned, it was quickly remedied with a refund. I bought instead OEM HP toners at a substantially price, but - well - thats the way it goes. The chips HP puts in the cartridges, if not primarily, may secondarily cause the cartridges to not communicate with the printer in the proper manner. But, as noted, a very large majority of customers seem not to have problems. Bottom line: the vendor reached out to me quickly after my initial 1-star review. I did not contact them. What followed were courteous, apologetic communications resulting in a full refund, even after the 30-day limit, and provisions for a quick and easy return.

> 3 dayThe toner cartridges work well in my HP Color LaserJet Pro M255DW. The colors are nice and bright and there is no smudging or streaking. It did take opening and closing the main door a couple of times for them to be registered, but that may have been user error. So far, so good!

> 3 dayThese toners are very well, refilled and sealed extremely well. I figure with the price it wouldn’t be as well-maintained as it is. The print quality is as good if not better than the factory installed toner I had before hand. If you’re needing toner for your HP printer this is definitely worth the price.

> 3 dayThis product worked right out of the package and was easy to install. After loading the new toner the new prints came out without an issue. Will be ordering the same one once it runs out.
