Bought this for on the go gaming on my Mac M1 which it works perfectly for— except if you want to play platformers that need accuracy. Should have done my research on the d-pad needing modding to get it to not constantly activate diagonals. Works great otherwise for any other type of game, and lasts a long time on a single charge.

Purchased this as a replacement to my two year old 8BitDo N30 Pro 2. The N30 Pro 2 is experiencing drift after two years of near daily use. I personally prefer the slimmer size of the N30 over the SN30, but do appreciate the larger trigger buttons and Type-C charging port. Downside is if I need to out of warranty replace these, the only option is to send to China, which costs near as much as the controller. Have not experienced in warranty support and hope this new controller lasts for at least two years.

It works very well in all scenarios EXCEPT in windows mode while on android (required for ceertian games) otherwise it works perfectly

Nice feeling for the d-pad and face buttons, the control sticks are smooth and responsive, and the Bluetooth lag is not noticeable. So far with one day playing with it it works fantasticly, at least so far on the steam deck.

The description states that this is a fully featured controller with rumble and motion controls. I have tried this controller with two android apps (both of which recognize rumble on a Sony dual shock 4) and niether app could find rumble on this controller. I also couldnt find any motion controls either. Now it may be that this controller only supports these features for the Nintendo Switch. If that is the case, then the description needs to be updated to reflect that. I have other 8bitdo controllers and they are all 5 star controllers. I would have rated this one 5 stars too had it not been for the missing features. The other small thing of note is that this controller doesnt have analogue triggers. The Xbox cloud variant of this controller does. If you are looking for the best available controller for Android, you should go for the Xbox cloud version instead of this one.

Works good, I had to buy the 8bitdo dongle to get them to pair, and with their dongle they connected just fine

Awesome controller, Feels a little cheap though. could use a little more weight and not such a hollow feeling. The USB C charging port is very nice though
