I bought this as a gift for her 9 months clean and sober and it came all dirty and nasty. Im disappointed i wanted to give her something special for such an important day in her life and it looks old and crappy.

This whole series of chips are very solid, not like the thin tin almost plastic type quality given away free at some meetings. Of course quality of recovery is more important than the metallic compounds of a chip, but I carried mine on a keychain and these hold up well. . they feel solid. Great for a gift too!

Beautiful chip. Exactly as expected.

The chip has IX on it instead of the number 9. Same thing I guess. Just not like the picture shows. Its more about what it stands for rather than the look of the chip.
