The product is good—it stretches and looks really realistic, but there’s simply no chance in hell that this is 900 square feet. False advertising. I meticulously stretched as much as I could and got maybe 100 square feet, which is consistent with all the photos I’ve seen in other reviews. It’s a good product, but there’s no need to lie

stretches out insanely!!! ended up using like 1/4 of it for my front yard, looks very real
