> 3 dayUsing this material to make a Metatarsal Pad under the foot as well as a U-pad for a callus. Glue is very sturdy and the quarter inch material can be stacked as need to support your needs. For me this was the best deal for the price. This works in the short-term.

> 3 dayI havent used them yet but I plan to cut out arch supports for low arches in most of my shoes. They look to be the right thickness.

> 3 dayCame in a very timely manner. Just what I needed and what my podiatrist told me to get. Was able to cut out the form and put it on my foot. It is very hard to get the Paper off of the sticky side. But I am happy with it

Greater than one weekThis wasnt very high quality. The felt is powdery when you cut it, generating some residue. Trying to get the adhesive backing off is also quite an ordeal. It was very hard to get the right layer, as theres another layer of paper which peels off way more easily. Id often spend several minutes trying to get the backing off correctly, and never got the hang of it. Not convenient.

> 3 dayOrdered this as a recommendation from a podiatrist friend...less expensive than other brands and worked just as well. Basically it is thick felt. No adhesive, but we cut it to size and it stayed put. Was this a miracle cure, no, but it helped with my sons Severs (heel) problems. Once it wears down we would simply replace it. Offered pain relief as a cushion.

> 3 dayThis has worked well to build up the arches in my shoes and I also stick it to the bottom of my feet on days Im not wearing my modified shoes. My arches had went from super high to completely flat within just a couple of months. I spend a lot of time out of my good shoes in the house or out gardening which left my feet unsupported much of the time. Being able to apply the pads directly to my feet has allowed me to wear my crappy garden shoes without giving up the support my feet need. I combine this 1/4 product with 1/8 foam to make a pad that varies in depth where I need more or less than 1/4 of support. Adhesive is strong and stays put in shoes for an extended period (havent had to replace any yet). It lasts all day attached to my foot unless my feet get soaked too many times in the garden. Adhesive does leave residue on skin that easily washes off with a little baby oil or alcohol (or whatever I have handy). The minute it takes to clean off is well worth the reduction in pain I get all day. The pads still seem sticky enough for another days use, but Ive never had them stay in place well to get another day of use out of them.
