Instructions were a little sketchy for repairing instead of reinstalling, but it did save me from purchasing a new laptop, so it’s all good!

This worked for me. It restored my windows 10 system and allowed updates. Prior to using this product, I was unable to update windows and also unable to fix the problem. Attempts to do so, resulted in having to boot from DOS. So this was a last resort for me. I would advise anyone using it to follow the instructions carefully, in particular note that you need to have the windows 10 product key if you reinstall.

I bought this set of disks because you advertise it will reinstall. It does no suuch thing! You lied to everyone who believed what you said. So now Im out the money and stuck with a set of disks that are simply worthless , Why do you lie?

I like the dvd because I can update my laptop to windows 10 but it doesnt come with a key code but I only paid $13 for it

The disk did nothing, its options are nonexistent, so as a booting device its useless. No repair options, either a waste of money spent. And forget about installing, it will not do so without a key, I can do better going to a free program site.

Something went wrong with the huge Anniversary update on Windows 10, and even after trying all Windows many internal tools and about 20 re-boots, I couldnt get rid of an Unknown Hard Error message, and couldnt use my PC.
