It took multiples tries like a week until it work my computer its not 100% but its working ok

Did nothing to help reinstall Windows 10. A waste of money.

All this product is, is but a recovery disk that everyone should already have or what you can create via the Microsoft web site. I feel stupid for buying this. I have Windows 10 issues which this product could do no better than the USB drive I created from the Microsoft web site.
