A-Premium Front Hood Lift Supports Shock Struts Compatible with Honda Crosstour 2012-2015 Accord Crosstour 2010-2011 2-PC Set

sub zero temps makes the shock dampers useless after a couple of years. These are great replacements and easy to install yourself. The Honda dealership wanted 263$ to replace only the hood dampeners, and I started laughing at them. It took less than ten minutes to replace both good and hatchback struts and its good as new. Id recommend these.

Was very easy to install on my 2013 Honda Crosstour, and worked like a charm

2010 Crosstour, they fit perfectly. Spring clip each end. Small flat blade screw driver to release clip and remove old one then just press on the new one.... less than 1 minute per strut...piece of cake !

[Installed on someone elses car] I was using a piece of wood to hold up the hood which was fine but always in the back of my mind that the hood could fall on my head. Prior to this I hadnt replaced or installed hood struts/dampeners before So I was a little nervous. I used a curved pick to pull back the clips on the ends of the old ones and swapped them right out. I thought something was wrong with them at first because before installing my spaghetti arms couldnt get them to compress but once they were in it was a breeze. Quick, easy and super satisfying.

Install was very simple. Great buy for the price. Hold hood up as they should.

Works great and really easy to install

Bought these for a 2012 Honda Crosstour. I was very skeptical about the quality for the price paid but first off, these things were packed securely. Amazon has a bad habit now a days shipping things in bags to save on shipping. These were bubble wrapped individually and packed in a box. Bravo. Secondly , they are a exact fit and work (for now). Not sure how long they will last but they work right now flawlessly.

After watching a video oh now to remove the old supports then installing the now one, they seem to work just as well as original equipment. I only gave 4 stars on longevity as its only been about three weeks after instillation.
