> 24 hourI purchased this as we use a lot of this style sand paper to smooth milling imperfections in hardwood hand rails. The abrasive is good & Im sure it is 80 grit, but the grit is unevenly spread on the paper in clumps which makes it effectively more like a 60 or 36 grit in places. When sanding by hand, it leaves the wood very rough. I wasnt aware of this until long after purchase because the guys that use it did not tell me until way later. Disappointed

I have compared them to the 3m red sanding disks and they last just as long and stick just as good. If youre a home diy guy this sandpaper is all you need.

Constructed with durable materials, you can use this sandpaper in a wide variety of applications. It is designed for shaping plastic, body filler, feather edging, metal sanding, along with many other sanding uses. This roll also includes improved grain orientation and high strength bonding that provides greater grain support for longer work life and higher resistance to wear, so it cuts even faster.
