I bought the 16AN to 12AN ORB version and the internal diameter of the fitting is tiny. Its not even a true 12AN ID size. More of a 10AN. So while you can join a 16AN hose to a 12AN fitting you will never have the flow of even a 12AN. The ID measures around 0.6. I have multiple Moroso fittings in the same configuration and they all measure 0.84 step down to 0.75. EDIT: added a pic of the fitting I received on the left and the one I pulled off of my Moroso oil tank on the right. I was going to drill these out to match my current ones but the Vibrant fittings are like $2 more so I am returning these.
