We used this for the fair. My toddler is a runner and I am recovering from shoulder surgery. We encouraged him to hold our hand and to stay close but he is crafty at slipping out of our hands and he is quick. This kept him safe. It also gave him so more freedom in the animal barn to look at everything because he wasnt strapped in a stroller or being held. He loves it and thinks it is awesome. His water bottle even fit in it.

My lil guy quickly figured out how to adjust the back pack straps and escape the backpack while walking on the busy street. Locks dont really do anything noticeable but the wrist cuffs work well enough we can still enjoy walks. (Hes 2yr)

This backpack is adorable, easy for her to wear, carries her essential snacks for the plane and for walks, and keeps her safe from wandering away from us or anyone snatching her up. The only issue is the hand strap broke off after 2 days. I sewed it back on to the shoulder straps so it’s good now but it Really shouldn’t have frayed out of the seams. It’s not a tension point while wearing and it’s not heavy even with toddler snacks In it and hanging up on the coat rack. The hang strap just wasn’t secure.

I’ll have to add a picture later, it’s the perfect size for my 22 month old special needs son and he is in LOVE WITH hIS BIG BOY backpack! He loves filling it up, loves wearing it and most of all he loves going in stores now because of the new freedom the backpack allows. Added bonus nap time and bed time are easier now now because he’s getting more excersise now that he’s walking everywhere with me instead of stroller, Cart, or being carried! He’s not a huge fan of the wrist attachment, but honestly I didn’t even realize it came with it but it w as an awesome bonus! Plus, everything locks! I love that you have option to lock just in case!! I feel like some people are judging me when they see the leash, but you know what let them judge. I wish I had one when my daughter was two, because she would have appreciated the freedom it allows your child to explore their world, while still being safely linked to a parent. It allows you to do what you need to do, without them disappearing out of your site! I’ll never forget this time at Walmart when my daughter was almost 2 1/2 years old. She was little it mighty, she managed to jump out of the cart and ran to try and go with her dad ( I was on crutches and my husband had went back to entrance to try and get a wheelchair for me), but took off in the wrong direction! Within seconds they had the entire store shut down, all entrances were immediately locked and they didn’t let ANYONE in or out, EVERYONE (personnel and patrons) was looking for this little 29 month old, blonde haired girl with a pink tank top with blue Jean Oshkosh overalls!! I think she was only gone a few minutes, but it felt like hours!! A customer found her on the other side of the stote and brought her to an employee who brought her to us!! She was terrified and bawling, I was so scared I couldnt hold back the tears when they placed her in my arms, even my husbands eyes started to glass over as he hugged both her and I!! It’s been five years since that event, and I obviously remember it like it was yesterday! That’s why when I saw this I had to have it, its an added bonus that my son loves it as much as I do!!

I was surprised about the great job packing and the great questions and beauty of the product.

The backpack was super cute but I am quite disappointed that I did not receive all the items mentioned in this product. I received only the backpack and the leash but no wrist link. The main reason why I ordered this product was for the wrist link to be used at the airport with my 2-year-old.

It has to much leeway. Does not work for my almost two year old. Its a great concept but it had to much lead and he is a bit troublesome.

It does the job keeping my son close while being able to carry a few of his things the only issue is I have to restitch it in some places because it’s unraveling.

I never thought Id be the mom with a child on a leash always considered it bad parenting until I needed one myself. My son wears his no problem its comfortable. The wrist joint is padded and soft on your wrist I forget its there its so comfy....u til my toddler yanks me haha highly reccomend this product. Your next family trip with your tota this will keep em safe within reach and let them feel like they have freedom.
