AccuQuilt GO! Fabric Cutting Dies; 1-1/2 inch; Strip Cutter

I really like my AccuQuilt GO! and my 2 1/2 and 1 1/2 strip cutters along with my 5 square are my most used dies. The 1 1/2 strip cutter is so much more accurate than rotary cutting strips and if you carefully fan fold the fabric before you cut it, there is very little waste.

This will be perfect for cutting up the strips for my Log Cabin quilt. Its important to have accurate cuts and this will greatly benefit my efforts to create the Log Cabin quilt.

The 1 1/2 cutting die worked great.

Im currently piecing a log cabin pattern. This die has made the process so quick & easy. It did take some time to figure out the best way to place the fabric, but there are a lot of videos out there to help you master the die in no time. I did find that using FQ (even cut my yardage down to FQ size) was the most manageable size for me. Cutting use to be my most hated part of quilting, no longer with the accuquilt go!

If I have a project in mind, I can get going much faster, and probably a lot more accurate. I just load it up and roll it through. What a great invention.

The time saved by this machine is incredible. Some of the dies are expensive, but save her back and time. Well worth the investment if you are quilting on a regular basis.
