Ill never buy another chromebook again. While the battery life is great and the weight is exceptionally light, the ability to to do anything but get onto the internet is vastly lacking. In addition, after only 5 years I now have a perfectly good laptop, such as it is, that will no longer receive security updates, and the message from Google? Go buy another one. Talk about planned obsolescence. Its nearly impossible to install another operating system that will continue to be updated. This is exactly whats wrong with out current economic system - companies produce the cheapest junk they can convince us to buy while making it obsolete as quickly as well tolerate, all in the name of grabbing the almighty dollar. No more Google.

Light weight. Nice touch screen. Fairly responsive. Good bang for the buck. Would buy again.

DISAPPOINTED WANTED A REAL LIGHT WEIGHT AND IT 3/4 OF A LB HEAVER THAN ON aMAZONS SELLING PAGE.

The only regret here is not opting for one with a back lit keyboard. Battery life is outstanding. The scroll pad and touch screen are better than a Surface Pro. My first Chromebook. Its my daily driver now.

This is our 2nd Chromebook of this model - we got another in the updated model 2 years after purchasing our first Chromebook. The touch screen function is fun and useful. The Chromebooks dont match my MacBook, but they are much cheaper and the display is much larger. They are very useful.

Light weight, touch screen and big screen are very good for elderly.

It was nice except all of.my daughters games she tries to play crash on it or wont even open

Very easy to use. Easily transferred data from old chrome book to new one. Big screen.

After three months I need to use this Chromebook. It wont start. Worked fine when I tested it upon arrival.
