    The computer is not working properly. It freezes. We can’t get the glitching to stop. It is horrible. We have had it 2 weeks. It is useless and we want to return it. Something this expensive should not be having theses issues.

    ... but not much of a hard disk. Not a problem, I have more than enough HDD externally. I like it very much my last one lasted close to 15 years. Hope this one does it also.

    I needed a back-up lap top for travel and didnt want to spend a fortune. This one delivers. May not be the fastest but it exceeded my expectations. If you are a serious gamer, keep looking. This is a great everyday computer and business laptop. I have a highend $2,500 Dell laptop that I love and didnt expect this to even come close. I was wrong. For some things, I actually enjoy using this laptop over my Dell. If you are budget minded ... you cant go wrong.
