Great laptop! I had the acer aspire e before this so the difference is like night and day, cant fault the seller at all everything about my order was 5 stars!

This computer is a reasonable price for the quality. I use the computer for web browsing, and Microsoft Word documents, for the most part. I never play games so I cannot report on that. The laptop is quick, clear crisp picture, and has average sound. The only con is the battery life is not great, I get about 5 hours before I have to charge. I highly recommend this laptop.

I am extremely disappointed in this. I specifically looked for a backlit keyboard and this model stated it did. It does NOT. Also, can’t even connect to the internet and says that I am not an administrator even though I am the only profile on the computer. I am very agitated and not happy with this purchase at all.

This is a good light weight fairly durable computer. Battery life is fairly good. I would buy it again. it comes with windows 11 which is much better then windows 10 in my opinion.

I dont know where they are coming up with 10 hr battery life. I can fully charge it, watch 2 hrs of netflix, turn if off and by morning its almost dead.

This laptop seemed to be high quality, and it definitely ran well. It was perfect for what my daughter needed to do for her gaming and online school. However, the touchpad stopped working in roughly 30 days. Thankfully, Amazon returned the item. If we buy another laptop, we will definitely get the extended warranty so that we dont have to worry about issues like this.

I bought this laptop to use a DAW (audio recording program) that requires 8GB RAM to run. I paid for the 20GB RAM and 1TB SSD. Received it in two days and began setting it up. I gave this item 3 stars because it does not have a touchscreen. This is probably my fault as I have since learned that if it doesnt say it you dont have it. It may be a good product but I returned it for this reason alone.

I have attempted a refund. Noisy computer while I had it.
