Greater than one weekBasically love it! Absence of easily accessible user manual is a pain. But YouTube video on how to add hard drive and more memory were spot-on. Annoyingly regular refusal to recognize built-in microphone on Zoom, etc. Customer service, however, was top-notch--skilled, patient, hard-working.

> 3 dayI purchased this to use outside at my mount for controlling my astrophotography sessions. I have used a HP Pavillion G6 for this since 2011. I ordered 4GB of guaranteed match RAM from Crucial for $16.61 and unlocked Win10. Compared to the HP, plate solves are lightning fast and Ive had no problem with any of my equipment drivers. The main reason I chose this model was for ethernet (my mount connects via ethernet) and the number of USB ports.

> 3 dayIts great, once you get out of S Mode, and upgrade the RAM. Then either get more SSD and put it in the slot (as you put in the extra RAM), or get an external HD. [To do those things, you have to gently remove the back. Instructions are on youtube videos, explained nicely.] Wonderful picture, bad speakers. Youll be using headphones for any music or Zoom - dont know what the speakers are like on other laptops, but they couldnt be worse than these. Headphones sound fine. So, four stars.

Greater than one weekEs una Computadora de Calidad a un precio algo cómodo, quizas deban considerar un mayor espacio de almacenamiento, al tener un compartimiento extra ayuda a solucionar el problema, pero es un gasto extra

> 3 dayI’ve been very happy with this computer a year later. Does everything I need in my business career, lightweight and runs fast. Very happy.

> 3 dayI bought an Acer computer because it had features of wireless and Bluetooth and good memory and decent SSD and lots of other stuff that looks great on paper. However the sound is not very loud the device drivers that the developers put on the website cause the computer to actually break. The sound decibels are 40, not conversational 60 decibels. Acer Level 2 support told me to by an external Bluetooth speaker since they use substandard speakers.

> 3 dayWhat I really dislike is that there is no caps lock key light on the keyboard to know whether caps lock is on or off. Otherwise no issues thus far. Good value for money.
