I gave it a 2 stars because of window 10 S. The Acer it self is good computer it is great. I love the key board. I have AMD and it helps.

Easy set up. Use mostly for work.

What I really dislike is that there is no caps lock key light on the keyboard to know whether caps lock is on or off. Otherwise no issues thus far. Good value for money.

It keeps crashing my games, so I would not buy it if thats what you intend to do with it. Otherwise it is perfectly fine for word processing and browsing.

Much better than expected. This thing is fast! Bought it for my 9 year old to remote learn and this machine has exceeded my expectations. I was worried about the operating system but a quick modification when I installed Zoom and it’s running a normal Windows 10 now.

Its great, once you get out of S Mode, and upgrade the RAM. Then either get more SSD and put it in the slot (as you put in the extra RAM), or get an external HD. [To do those things, you have to gently remove the back. Instructions are on youtube videos, explained nicely.] Wonderful picture, bad speakers. Youll be using headphones for any music or Zoom - dont know what the speakers are like on other laptops, but they couldnt be worse than these. Headphones sound fine. So, four stars.

Great product for the price. Wifi 6 a nice addition.
