> 3 dayI even called ACER. No backlit keyboard on this model. The model they suggested to try instead is a silver keyboard. But I wanted black with a backlit keyboard. I decided to keep this one as the characters are pretty bright white for my elderly mother. But I am very disappointed.

Greater than one weekVery annoyed that by default its on integrated graphic option which is 1080p but the touch variant is 720p. Will likely return as i assumed they were all 1080p. WHO MAKES A $600 720p computer in 2021?

> 3 daynot as good as my last acer, no way this charger cord fits this connection, does not stay connected, usually find a dead laptop before you notice the cord slipped out again. and why would acer change this cord from last model I had, so I cant use it, what a waste.

Being an older person, I dont know a lot about computers, but he knew what I do on a computer and decided this Acer would meet my needs. I have been very satisfied with it, meets my needs and Im sure more that I dont know about. Would recommend it highly.
