> 24 hourThis expensive computer completely stopped working only 2 months after we received it! Amazon should not allow this company to sell through them. Do not buy!

> 24 hourthe fan is so noisy and after a couple of days of use the laptop was too slow, it was getting stuck with every single application and sometimes the screen went black while in use... I dont recommend this product because in the Acer forum other users had the same problem with this model. battery life was poorly

> 24 hourIts an OK laptop for what I do. Im mostly just warning people that the charging port is very delicate. Im at a point now where the cable cant be touched while its charging or it may lose connection.

> 24 hourMuy rápida, solo la cubierta es de aluminio, lo demás es plástico, pero el rendimiento es de lo mejor, las bocinas tienen poco volumen, así que si requieres más, será con bocinas externas.

> 24 hourPoor quality basically compared to the 4 yr old laptop that Google said was to old to keep servicing.

> 24 hourThis is a pretty good Acer laptop. I have used Acer laptop since 2016 and this model has just been purchased earlier this month. It runs very fast and boots up completely in less than 10 seconds. The i7 core 11th gen quad core CPU with 8 threads and 12 MB cache makes this laptop to handle multi-tasking easily. You can open up more than 20 web browsers without lagging. Thanks for the 16 GB RAM too. However, theres no much discount to buy this laptop now. But the value of the laptop is still lower than same specs Dell, Lenovo, and HP laptops. Its a decent deal on Amazon.

> 24 hourI have had this computer since January 2022. It is now November 2022. In August, something went wrong and it started randomly not charging. Initially we thought it was the charger but after purchasing and trying several different chargers and taking it to a couple professionals to fix we learned that the problem is actually inside the computer. I have learned to pull the charger into strange and (what I think) are unsafe ways to make it charge. MOST of the time this works. The charger itself is weird. The part that plugs into the machine is tiny and frankly hard to find if you need a replacement. But the part that plugs into the wall is heavy duty.

> 24 hourMy wife is a technical writer, and this is by far her favorite laptop after a little more than 2 months ownership. She loves the feel of the keyboard, the light weight, bright screen, and lighted keys (for when shes writing late at night). In the past 10 years she has used Dell, Lenovo and HP laptops, but never loved any of them the way she loves this Acer. She even prefers the 15.6 screen size over her previous 17 HP. She has a 27 1440p monitor for working with 2 pages at a time, but this laptop goes everywhere with her and the screen is plenty big for polishing something shes already written.

> 24 hourPurchased this upper end Acer laptop in July 2021 for our son to use his freshman year in college. He took excellent care of it, using a padded sleeve to carry it, and used it gently, but on April 22, 2022 it simply was dead when he opened it for class in the morning. Perfect timing for it to die with his last week of classes and final exams coming up. 9 months worth of use for this is just terrible service life for the cost. This was our 2nd Acer laptop purchased over the past couple of years (the other ones mousepad failed in a year), but I will be avoiding Acer products from now on. Highly disappointed.
