Every day the first time I used it I got a blue screen error and the computer froze up while i waited for it to fix itself. The help desk sent me instructions on how to fix the problem. I didnt want to have to fix a brand new computer so i sent it back.

Laptop perfomance is acceptable, loadups are fast and responsive.

The laptop came on time and in great condition. The screen quality is better than I expected. Not to mention the speed. I love this laptop. Its more than an upgrade from my previous one.

Es un equipo muy delgado, ligero y con gran capacidad de autonomía, yo le cambie el SSd por uno mas grande por que así lo requería pero en general excelente calidad y funcionalidad, estoy muy satisfecho como siempre de esta gran marca que cada que compro algo refuerzo el sentir de que es una muy buena opción en cuestión calidad precio en equipos de computo

Un equipo muy fluido, agregando una memoria RAM en el compartimiento que trae, un disco duro extra y quitando el modo S (de manera muy simple), queda un equipo para el trabajo diario.

I have purchased several Acer Aspire 5 computers in the past with a key reason being the lighted keyboard.

Dont buy save your money! The color resolution is garbage. The color black will show as grey, the color white will show as cream and the color brown will show as blue! Also the left speaker does not work either. Second time buying an Acer laptop and for both laptops neither left speakers worked!
