I purchased this computer for my daughter on September 28, 2021. It is only four months old and has the following problems. When she turns it on the screen will not illuminate and it gets very hot on the bottom. She has it on mesh pedestal that keeps the air flowing underneath. It immediately begins to heat up, on the bottom, to the point that it is too hot to touch. The computer is not connected any accessories; it has a dedicated connection. Very disappointed with this computer and would not recommend it be purchased by anyone unless they have money to throw away.

Do not waste your time with this. I thought I would look past the bad reviews of this product because it was affordable and I just need it for really simple Word docs. Well, day TWO of trying to use the computer and the mouse pad is not working at all. Looks like this has happened to multiple people. This was a terrible purchase, and I already threw away the box unfortunately. This was the worst purchase of my entire year.

Parecía muy buen equipo, pero no. Lo primero es que viene en una caja más grande y suelta que le permite el movimiento dentro de la misma, esto puede ser un peligro. Se calienta demasiado, se trabaja. Tenía muy buenos comentarios sobre ella, de todas maneras puedo mi cambio por otra, espero no decepcionarme de nuevo. Pues si parece un buen equipo. Daré mi opinión en el segundo.

Is advertised as touch screen but that’s cap there is no touch screen I will be returning. I’m not using windows 11 without a touch screen.

I bought this about 6 months ago. The first thing to go bad was the sound - so low I couldnt hear. Lots of complaints on google. I had to plug in external speakers.

Aproveche en su momento la promoción. Es una laptop muy ligera y rápida, nunca he tenido problemas ya llevo 2 meses xon ella y super bien, solo es acostumbrándose al teclado en inglés que lo puedes configurar y listo. Es una maquina ideal para alguien que hace trabajos mediano, sin tantos programas a instalar para que tengas una experiencia magnífica. Su batería lo único que no dura cuando mucho 5 hrs, yo estuve usando con zoom unos quince días y si me llegaba a durar solo 4 hrs y mi curso duraba 8 hrs diarias.

Daughter loves it and younger daughter is saving money to buy one for herself.
