the laptop kept locking up and had to be battery reset several times. Really a pain was afraid several times it was not going to start up again. only had about week or so and had all kinds of issues with it. I have had several laptops and never this kind of issue. must be a flaw in design, i returned laptop and bought different Aspire 5 so far working great.

This laptop worked great until it overheated and burned, melting the bottom of the laptop. This could have been a serious tragedy if I had been asleep or if Id left the laptop unattended. Luckily I was home and smelled the burning plastic before anything else caught fire.

Fast! Fast! Fast! But then again Im an IT professional. I would buy another but with more RAM. At least 16 GB

The laptop does what you need it to do, but as others have mentioned, the fan runs. Constantly. It runs on startup and revs up so high I think its going to burn out. Webpage open? Fan runs. Nothing open? Fan runs. Bottom of the laptop heats up as well, regardless of how long its been on. I returned the first one I bought, but the new one does the same thing. I added extra RAM, and saw zero performance increase and zero fan decrease. I dont recommend it.

I bought this laptop due to its price. The quality is better than the price. It is thin, but also comes packed with a nice 1080p screen. For the cost, it is fast as well. I been using it for my home office needs. If you are looking for something meets regular requirement, then this laptop is a perfect choice for you.

I like that this PC is smaller than my older one. Dislike that the backlight on keyboard doesnt stay on . It turns off after 30 seconds without any keyboard action.

Honestly ot does the trick, but for the price I was expecting more. Better speakers, screen, and battery. Great for a college kid.

love this laptop and it screen quality is great. clear, easy to type on the keyboard. easy use of an extended usb mouse. i dont like the touchpad personally preferred the usb mouse. screen is 25 inch so you can make the font larger and it doesnt take away from the view.

Terrible didn’t last no longer than the return window 2nd time i had to return the first one now too late to return the replacement
