Sorry Acer, we got a bad laptop. The Keyboard failed to work, so we didnt get past turning it on. We are overly leary to by another one. This is a lot of money to us, but Amazon took it back as a faulty return. They refunded the cost back to our credit card. We need a new computer. The features of the Acer with the price spoiled us and we cant find another new laptop like it. I would like to get another one, but what else would go wrong.

Very fast equipment and a good price/quality ratio.

The USB C port is data only so it cant be used for a docking station. Thats my only complaint but I should have looked into that before purchasing.

It seems to be a great computer for the money but the the support is really bad. First of all they do not provide a correct serial number on the bottom of the laptop. I have been going from the seller to Amazon to Acer trying to resolve the issue with the Serial number. They just wear you down until you give up.

I bought 2 of these for work. The laptop is sleek and beautiful to look at. It is quite fast and I am able to get all that I need done without any issues. I would recommend this product to anyone.
