At first I thought this would be a good laptop. We have only had it a few days and hate it already.

Great computer for simple use. Runs video well. Screen is clear and crisp. I had an issue and sent it back to the seller and they fixed it immediately and got it back to me in great time.

I have been using another Acer but with less RAM and smaller hard drive and I must say, the difference is noticeable. Never had any issues with the other one either so all in all, excellent choice of machine! Timely shipping too, which is always a plus.

This is a great little laptop. Plenty of RAM, a relatively future proof processor, a backlit keyboard with nice travel, decent screen, and a fingerprint reader! The trackpad is average, but no complaints. Id recommend this to someone looking for something that will last them 5+ years of average use.

Nice design, thin and light. Nice sharp display . The speakers are very weak though

This laptop was owned by Acer Australia and can NOT be registered in the US. Found out after about 13 hours of setup and restoring my data. Now have to delete it all, clean the drive and return it. They could not answer my question on how to avoid this NONSENSE in the future...STAY AWAY...!!!

I was very happy with my purchase!

I had this Acer Laptop for three weeks and everything seemed fine. Then one night I go to shut it off and it gives me the option to update it just prior to being shut off.
