Im very happy with this laptop. Its light and thin with a great screen and keyboard.

Great laptop until it wasnt! The right hinge pulled apart exposing wires. I did NOT drop it!! I call ACER customer service where I was met by a very offensive man that blatantly accused me of dropping it. My only recourse was to mail it to them at my expense to fix and at that time they would determine if it was negligence or not. I would have to pay for everything out of pocket If they found it to be my fault. I didnt want to play their game. The impression I got was dont bother lady. I had no idea what they would charge. I was at their mercy. I will never buy an ACER again.

Good laptop for the price

I got this for Zoom meetings and it’s horrendous. You cannot hear a thing and what you do hear is distorted. My husband, who is a tech guy told me REPEATEDLY not to get this but I just wanted something cheap. Cheap is right. I wish I could return it.

Removed S mode in less than a minute. The picture is clear. Im going to order the extra 4gig ram; recommend you purchase when ordering the computer. Love the back lit keyboard. So far Im very happy with this purchase.
