I recommended this to my girlfriend as a budge PC for her to use Photoshop and play the Sims 4. Though it met the minimum requirements of this software the sluggish speed was immediately noticeable with no programs running. As a power user typically operating from an i7 I consider this unbearable for any user. Nothing wrong with the computer, just be aware youre buying decade old technology. Ill be returning this and spending closer to $600.

Be careful the acer comes with windows 10s and not able to get to 10 without S spent 2 hours on phone with there tech, finally he gave up and sending a thumb drive windows without s, I am sending it back.

Nothing to dislike so far with this product.

Screens nice, form factor is decent and performance is good. You can switch off s-mode in the activate menu, which takes you to the windows store, so dont let s-mode scare you from buying this.

A great. Laptop

Had this computer for over a year and no longer holds a charge when trying to charge the battery. Additionally, it fails when we try to upload pics or videos from our phones. Even if when following the directions from troubleshooting, it won’t upload our pics/videos.

Big screen was a plus , but after some time my network connection started dropping every 5 mins. I check my internet all my other devices were working , but the laptop keeping having the same issue. After trouble shooting and other methods I kept having the same problem.

This is such a POS!!! Dont buy!! Get a REAL computer!! It lives in its own cyber world! Cant cross documents and stuff from from device to another. S mode is horrible and completely limits what you can do.

Wow! I’d first like to say this is most definitely the best budget friendly laptop and I see why it’s the best seller also. There’s just so much to say about it, the build quality feels like it’s high quality I wouldn’t expect it to be this nice for the price. It performs very smooth and fast whether it’s streaming videos on YouTube or playing games. My som plays roblox and it’s plenty powerful to handle that online game. I love the backlit keyboard it’s perfect. It comes with windows 10s but switches out to full windows 10 easily with a click of a button in the settings menu. The only con I have to say about this laptop which isn’t that big of a deal to me is the built in speaker quality sounds pretty poor and built in camera is also pretty poor. Other than those 2 things this is a killer laptop and I would buy another one in a heartbeat because of the price and what you get for it! A+

This little computer is a beast. I love this thing. After up grading the memory and installing an additional 1tb ssd hard drive, it rocks with the Ryzen 3 on board. This is not a budget laptop, but it has the price of one.
