The charger got hot when it had been plugged in for a short time. I did not like the idea of windows S and found it difficult to opt out. I had difficulty shutting off and I really wonder if I was sent a defective laptop because I bought it at a lower price on Black Friday. The packing was terrible. It came in a large box, which was great, but there was no packing around the box that held the laptop, it just bounced around in the larger box.

We started off a little rough. Awkward. I was beginning to buy into buyers remorse, but before I knew it, I was entranced. Dope lap top. Been Dell most my life. Im now a total convert.

Perfect and fast for all my needs.

I really love it, it’s fast it has a clear picture and that’s whatever I need. The only dislike that I have is I see no indication when it’s on Cap-lock or not.

I do not spend a lot of time on the computer. I purchased the computer so I could do some personal writing. I like the fact that it had Microsoft Office installed. I did not like the the restriction to only use apps provided through the Microsoft store. To download other apps, like zoom, I had to disable the Microsoft security system, which cannot now be reactivated on my machine. But as far as general use of the computer, it has been great.

I bought for one of my students to use for remote learning during COVID. Almost kept it. lol. It looks, feels, and acts expensive. This computer is amazingly fast. Does not have enough memory, but you can use external hard drive. It packs a punch in terms of quality and display. Would highly recommend.
