Never buying Acer again. Worked great until today when it just stopped lighting up or powering on. STAY FAR AWAY!

Great size great price for all that you get with it.

The charger got hot when it had been plugged in for a short time. I did not like the idea of windows S and found it difficult to opt out. I had difficulty shutting off and I really wonder if I was sent a defective laptop because I bought it at a lower price on Black Friday. The packing was terrible. It came in a large box, which was great, but there was no packing around the box that held the laptop, it just bounced around in the larger box.

Great computer for the money! I dont play games so cant say much on that. Would say the specs are sufficient. It also has a super display and keyboard is not cheap feeling. Acer has done a great job on quality of this laptop.

Bought this computer for my wife to replace a refurb we bought that crashed after six months use (Momma was NOT happy). This computer got very good reviews so I bought it to replace the one that crashed. Its fast, she loves the backlit keyboard, and the screen is nice and clear. The bottom line: Momma is happy! And if Momma is happy, everybodys happy! Highly recommend. Great unit for the money!

2 months into ownership and its broken. Customer service was pleasant but I dont want to be without my computer for a month while it gets fixed. I understand things happen but I bought a NEW computer expecting reliability. Now my business is sidetracked and I need a better solution than ACER is providing.

The performance is sub-par, very slow, does not run normal programs smoothly, very dissapointed

I mean, who buys a laptop for the speakers, but the built in speakers on this computer suuuuuck. If youre a person who uses computer speakers a lot when watching things, do not get this computer. Theyre terrible. Otherwise the computer works fine.
