02-04-2025I purchased this in May of 2021. It is now July 2022. Depite the low volume issue as others have stated it is fixable adding a speaker. The main reason for the 1 star is that no matter what fix is applied, this laptop constantly loses connectivity. It will usually reconnect on its own in a few seconds. But at times takes longer. It has gotten really annoying. I had an Acer 7R that was a bit slower but there were never connectivity issues.
