I bought this laptop for my son, who is starting his college adventures.

Acer is #1 brand for everyday laptops in $500 price range. I bought this for my parents to replace their desktop. Always a good buy. Acers are easy to use (and update), dependable, & have sleek yet sturdy (but not too heavy) design for laptops @ 15”+ size .

I only have it for a day now but Im a heavy Laptop user and it has been a great experience so far. I would note that the touchpad is too far to the left and me being right handed it is a bit difficult

This was the best option for its money. Everything works as explained. Couldn’t find any defects for now. Strong and fast. Happy with the purchase.

This laptop came in Windows S mode and wont switch out of it! Keep getting an error from Microsoft Store that there was a problem, but never tells me why. I have updated everything and restarted numerous times.... it still is stuck in that mode. Seriously?

Everything seemed okay. Nothing that really bums me out comes to mind.

I need to have it fixed what is the protection plan for this

Wish it had a touch screen like my last one did... other than that, am very pleased.

Crashed multiple times trying to boot. Returned for refund

Aw man! I put so much effort into researching this purchase. It gets here. I take it out of the box, plug in the power cord and what!? The thing didnt connect securely. What a disappointment. So I repackaged it and shipped it back. That was 5 days ago. Still awaiting my refund.
