> 24 hourOverall I really like the All-in-1 Acer Aspire; for someone who does basic web browsing, social media, school work and lite gaming it works amazing. Its fast at basic tasks and the screen is large, bright and crisp. The monitor is very thin, incredibly thin considering there is no tower needed and everything runs on the screen itself. There are a few items I defiantly think should be noted. The keyboard at the included mouse were horrible, if you plan to use it frequently I recommend upgrading to better ones. I was able to connect my Bluetooth keyboard and mouse with no issues, you just need to use the original mouse to get threw set-up and connect the new one. The camera is horrible quality, if your purchasing this desktop for a child to use for online school (zoom) then its fine but if your an adult and need it for work or as a teacher yourself defiantly plan to purchase an additional webcam. Sound and video quality are also excellent.

> 24 hourIt broke down just two months after the purchase. It wont turn on. I have to ship it back to somewhere in Texas to get fixed at my expense. Acers technical support is so unhelpful. its totally unacceptble. no more Acer products in future.

> 24 hourI love this computer and would love to give it 5 stars. I also have an Acer all in one 24 inch model for the last two years and have had zero issues. The problem with this model is that it overheats very quickly and the fan is extremely loud. I almost sent this computer back after two days because the fan was so noisy but decided that I could live with the noise. Apart from the fan issue it’s a great computer. Very happy with speed / performance / camera quality etc

> 24 hourThere’s no touch screen functionality and I can’t get the wireless mouse and keyboard to work. There weren’t any written instructions sent with the computer, they might have been helpful.

> 24 hourJust some qualification and backstory for this review. Im an IT tech with 25+ years of experience. I had a long time client and friend ask me for a recommendation on an all in one computer for work. He just needed a PC for basic things like remote access to Quickbooks, Word, Excel, Outlook, web browsing, etc. I came across this computer and had to really search for anything hidden in the fine print because the specs at this price point seemed hard to believe. My friend bought it and I ended up spending a few hours with it setting it up to meet his needs. With that being said......

> 24 hourInitially, I loved this computer. I had no issues. At exactly 1 year from purchase date, the computer would not turn on. Had it tested by local repair shop and was told that the motherboard was fried. Ive had computers that lasted for many many years. Amazons return and warranty policy is great . They are going to refund me the full amount paid. Only thing that sucks is that it cost me $150 for the local repair shop to diagnose the issue and to back up allmy files on a USB drive. I think Ill stick to better name brand computers

> 24 hourI had high hopes for this computer. I unpacked it, performed the little bit of assembly required and turned it on. The startup screen came up asking if the computer was to be used in the United States (it was to be). But at this point neither the keyboard or mouse (both of them wireless) wouldnt connect to the computer. The reason is the USB wireless connectors for the keyboard and mouse didnt come with the computer and without them, the keyboard and mouse wont connect. So I called the Acer help number. I gave them the serial number and was informed that the computer was out of warranty (it was 2 hours old at this point). I was connected to a representative who spoke only a foreign language. At this point I decided to return the computer and try another brand. I am very disappointed in the Acer customer service and their product.
