Ive always stirred away from AIO (All In One) systems. I never was a fan of them, although I should admit they are an attractive concept. This was mainly because of bad and repeated experiences Ive witnessed friends or colleagues go through when they took the baits and made the jump early on when they started popping up as alternatives or midway solution between a full on desktop PC and a laptop. The main issue was their lack of processing power, RAM and graphics, which is a recipe for a delayed frustration once the hype of the new purchase fades away and questions like why my PC is so slow arise.

I have had this PC 8 days and in that time I have lost the intel WIFI and the screen acts as if someone is shaking it at times and you can not read anything when it does it. I have to reboot to stop it. Amazon is replacing it over night. I do like how fast it is and the monitor is very nice. To bad something inside is making the screen vibrate at times. I spent 2 days setting it up and now I have to do it all over again. I have had Acer PCs in the past all have been very good. I hope this is just a fluke and my next one doesnt do this. Will update after I get the next one and see how it does. Amazon is to be commended for being so fast to replace it.

Heres my situation: I like to watch TV in the kitchen while Im cooking (streaming video via a Fire stick). I thought I could replace the TV with this thin desktop, so that I could still do all my streaming but also have a computer the family could use.

Full disclosure, I do not know PCs well when it comes to gaming capacity, so when I get this PC, I was excited to finally be able to play games that my Nintendo Switch wouldnt allow me to play, because they were too graphics intense: Madden and Formula 1 racing. Imagine my disappointment when I ran the specs on Can You Run It and saw that EVERY facet of this computer was more than the recommended, EXCEPT for dedicated VRAM, where it was painfully lacking. 128mb dedicated VRAM for games that required 2048 and 4096 mb VRAM respectively. Ouch.

Very nice full featured home computer. The processor seems fast and the performance is definitely a step up from my older model desktop. Half a terabyte of solid state storage, 8 gig ram. The graphics are beautiful and the 23 inch screen is a great size for a desktop computer. But the real advantage to this all in one design is that it takes up so much less desk space. Just the monitor and the keyboard (and mouse) on my desk and nothing else. Recommended.

Ive owned a lot of different computers over the years. Macs, Windows, laptops, desktops, and all-in-ones. I think of all-in-ones as essentially laptops that have a much bigger screen, and this Acer is no exception.

wi-fi disappears and unless you have it hard wired you cannot upgrade to download a new network adapter. Disappointed

This all in one wifi, desk top PC is fantastic. HD display is great. Ive used for work, school and surfing the web. Perfect for small spaces because theres no tower so it doesnt take up alot of space. No wires! Has fast wireless connectivity with no lag. Multiple energy saving settings that you can control. Love it!!!
