What I liked about the ACER ASPIRE TC-1760-UA93 DESKTOP PC is the stylish and elegant design and it’s easy to use and easy to setup with 1TB SSD storage it’s great for business office and gaming PC video editing is a breeze it’s a good value for your money and it makes a great gift and it is a great addition to your desktop PC collection

The computer has a black, sleek, minimalist look that I like. No overblown RGB lights on it. Its being sold as a multitasking beast for office and video work and not a gaming PC, so maybe thats not surprising.

Ordered 1 for Christmas didn’t work. Called manufacturers and sent to them. They sent back still didn’t work. Ordered replacement didn’t work. Same drill with manufacturer and couldn’t fix. The second one had another user on it. Seems that these are refurbished and warning don’t waste months and time like I did. So disappointing.

This Acer computer is a great choice for a desktop. Acer is a good brand you may not have heard of, but I personally worked with them in the late 1980s, and they were good then, and are good today. I bought this one to replace a Dell desktop I have in which the HDD failed. I did not have a Windows install disk and for the hassle entailed in getting a new HDD and getting a Windows disk that would work, I decided to toss the Dell on the pile of repair tasks and just get a new computer. Great choice, this Acer is quality, it plugged and played for me, I recommend this box for desktop computing. I am not a gamer so I cannot comment on gaming applications (but it is really fast!).

It keeps having to install updates

There is a lot to like here but there are some issues and I question the asking price for what you get.

Unit is OK overall. Only 1 USB port on front is a disadvantage. Would have liked to have a drive light on the unit even though it is a SSD equiped model. Frankly the biggest problem with the unit is the fan noise. Very distracting and really shouldnt be an issue with a large case and the general technology available to manufacturers. Overall OK if you can get it for a good price. Otherwise, due to the noise issue, there are better alternatives.
