Great screen resolution. Good value for the money. I use an SD card to save files. Netflix never lags. Apps load easily. Great battery life and low maintenance. Screen not as bright as I would like. Fine for surfing, but dark for watching movies etc. It can be really hard to see. If you have any vision issues, even just due to age you might want to consider a different model.

So easy to get started. Screen large enough to complete personal and business projects. Truly pleased with it!!

Acer Chromebook was purchased new. On arrival, the screen was dead. Power indicator lit, as did keyboard backlight. We contacted Acer for warranty/customer support, and once we provided the serial number, were informed that the item was out of warranty! Right out of the box! We had to return the product to the seller, which was easy, and we were refunded promptly. But the overall experience was frustrating and time consuming.

I purchased this chromebook in 2020 to use for work (3-6 telehealth sessions 4 days per week). Positives: its light, user-friendly, relatively affordable, simple, and pretty fast. Im not a technology person at all, but this was very easy for me too navigate for work.

Computer is fine. I just learn that it is not compatible with my Cricut. I should have done more research on it. So now I have this computer and not able to use it for what I intended it for.

This is my wifes 2nd chromebook, and she loves it. The screen is huge, yet clear and sharp, the keyboard is good, the touchscreen works perfectly, it gets a bit warm but not hot in use (she uses it for 3-4 hours at a time). Its heavier than her 12 inch Acer R11 but still light enough for laptop use in her recliner. It is not real fast, but is adequate for browsing and light online gaming (like Facebook games). Its a keeper.
