Ive had 3 different chromebooks over the years and use them for work as a teacher. This one is amazing. A lot of machine for the money. Its very fast and snappy. I have yet to see it slow down with at least 8 tabs open, another window or two running in the background and doesnt even effect this machine.

This is amazing, especially for the price. It was bought to be a work computer but everyone in the house wants one! You can create amazing art, it bends back easily, its sturdy, has exceptional battery life. Its display is super high quality, the Google integration is great. I searched for hours, and I am so glad I got this one!

Weve had so many issues with ordering these New and getting both the wrong items (told we were sent a better version), or items that had clearly been opened and items missing (The EMR pen). Be careful who you buy from, and check the seals carefully.

Im not very tech savvy. We needed something to do virtual learning on for my 8yrs old. The school also uses chromebook. I love that its touch screen. Lightweight. The battery life lasts for a decent amount of time, though I have no others to compare to. It came with a case and stylus which I didnt realize when I ordered. It swivels into different display options for the screen and we like that. If there were anything I would want added to it, itd be a rear facing camera. Since we used it for school, I often needed to take pictures of school projects.

This is a great Chromebook. I just purchased from Best buy only because of a sale they had but wanted to leave a review. It is awesome I purchased for my 8 year old who loves it and jumped right into it. It basically runs off your Gmail account and apps from the play store. You can add windows 10 but 8 year olds generation is app based and she uses it for her Google classroom. With that said two important things I learned in my research - first Acer is built Intel Celeron vs MediaTek which is cheaper. That important do your research on that! Secondly the chrome operating system has built in anti virus protection, however you can add anti virus to it from the play store as another protection and the free ones are fine. I chose Avast after doing my research. If your worried about storage on the 32 just buy a micro SD card. I purchased a 256gb. Lastly the flip from laptop to tablet mode is awesome. It truly is a great Chromebook by Acer and got a top rating!

I had purchased this for my tween daughter, and within two days, the trackpad stopped working. Im put off by Chromebooks in general because Ive owned several through the years, and they always seem to have issues, but I got an amazing deal on this one. It was sent back and refunded. I am looking for something else at this point.
