Its good......., but the buttons have already broke off keep out of reach of kids. buttons come off easy in broke off. ts not Acer fault really but in wasnt like the kids was rough housing it. but besides that it also depends on the price. I would look for a certified refurbished instead of new one.

Touch screen has poor response time. I have to press too long or several times to get a response.

Cannot use a password manager to log in to Google after restarting. The unlock your phone then tap on the screen works so infrequently that it feels idiotic to sit there tapping on the screen for a few minutes. Major disappointment. Should have bought something with fingerprint scanner for log in.

It works great but is a little on the heavier side. Battery doesnt last very long. I had a Lenova touchscreen and like that better. This is not bad and was a good price but battery life isnt that good

We brought two of Avery Chromebook 311 Spin CP311 First week Dec 2020. As of the last week of July 2021 both computer batteries died within 5 days of each other. We thought it might been both charger. So we purchased new chargers. Both chargers worked on one computer but only if it was on the charger for more than 7 hours. A computer Tech said both Batteries are completely dead. This battery is not replaceable thru ACER you have to order online and they ship from oversee. It will take1.5 months to receive a battery. Battery cost $89. Do not buy.

    Greater than one week

Nice chrome book but I have found that MacBook is just easier to use and more compatible. I wanted something cheaper than a Mac but able to use and good enough. So far I have found it quite difficult to navigate. If you are used to a Mac I don’t recommend the downgrade but again if I was literate of the chromebook it may not be so frustrating. I like this chromebook, don’t get me wrong. The picture quality is beautiful, the computer itself is handy and the touchscreen is a huge plus but it is not exactly easy to navigate,,
