This laptop is an absolute Beast, it has amazing specifications, so there’s no point in going over that here. Anyone looking at these reviews is very serious and already knows what they are looking for. I can only go into what I feel is most important to me and I’m not a big gamer. I know, (not a gamer? What are you doing with this machine?) and I have a logical answer which is I am an amateur photographer and videographer with a high end digital camera for photos and videos plus a 4K video drone quadcopter (still learning, there’s a lot to learn here). This laptop is my photo and video dream machine, it can handle anything I need to do effortlessly and it has the speed and performance necessary to render effectively. Always wanted a machine for my photography needs and this one makes it. It offers excellent performance and has great battery life, making it ideal for gaming, photography and everyday use. It also has an impressive array of ports, allowing you to easily connect a variety of external devices and access your files and media quickly. It’s a little heavy, but that is to be expected with a computer of this caliber. The keyboard feel is better than any laptop I have had before and the backlit keys are very much appreciated. I have had computers with backlit keyboards, but this one really works well, I can see the keys from any angle easily.

Purples appear blue, reds appear orange, greens more yellow-green. Ive attached pics that show my ~$450 Acer laptop from 4 yrs ago (left) outperforming it in color accuracy (right).

Plugged in the adapter and pressed the power button. Nothing. Total DOA. This is not one of those things. Its a total lack of quality control. Before you put it in the box. Push the button and turn it on. I worked in IT for ten years and after hundreds of units ordered I never had a DOA Apple or Dell.

Definitely a great laptop for gaming. The price-performance ratio is guaranteed. The chassis materials are very plastic, but if you use it carefully there would be no problem.

Has everything it should, except it came with Windows 11, not 10, a huge kick in the gut

It ran games like New World at max settings just fine. Problem is three months in and the GPU started having a critical hardware failure rendering it useless and causing the system to default to the processors Radeon GPU. Specific failure was listed as error 43 in the Windows device manager. Even after fully removing and reinstalling drivers and the operating system the failure still exists which is a sure sign of a physical issue. Thankfully I was within 90 days off purchase and Amazon allowed a return saving me from a $1600 loss. Ive had an Acer Predator helios 300 that had worked for over 5 years no issue so Im not sure if this is a one off occurrence, but buyer beware.

Such a nice little rig. We dont really need the high refresh rate panel, but the MODERN Ryzen 7 and brand-new RTX 4050 are greatly appreciated. With laptops we prefer to not replace them often since they only do menial work, and this is replacing an old Lenovo with a 4th gen i7. It has been hard finding a reasonably priced 17 inch laptop with worthwhile specs and so far this is handling the job great. I have heard negative things about the Nitro line, but so far I have nothing negative to report. Havent tested it for gaming since it wont be used for that, but I may give it a try eventually in Cyberpunk to see how well the 4050 handle the frame-generation tech.

Ive had this computer for about 6 months now and it has worked well for me. I havent run into any failures or nagging issues. Im not a heavy gamer but this device plays Cyberpunk and lately Elden Ring with no problems.
