> 3 dayI specifically bought a Windows 10 machine, and it was shipped with Windows 11.... aside from that it arrived on time and appears to be as advertised

> 3 dayBeautiful, large laptop. Was so excited. Charged it up, powered it on and within the first ten minutes or less, it restarted without prompting. Thankfully I wasnt working on anything that needed saving. I attempted to download Steam and run a game. Within another ten minutes it restarted again from it obviously powering off without any prompting. Cant use a gaming laptop if you cant even work on Microsoft Word or a video game without worrying its going to shut down immediately. In the three hours I owned it, it powered down six more times. I packed it back up and called Amazon, which was another nightmare. They wanted to give me the run around about UPS pickup rather than shipping from store. I have a full time job and live alone. There is no one to be there to meet at a time that I couldnt even schedule. Id be at the mercy of UPS on when they wanted to arrive. I had it packed up and ready to ship. Finally after a very frustrating few phone calls between Amazon and UPS they sent me the shipping label as they should have done all along . Now Im sitting here fearful that theyre going to try to pull some other stunt on Amazons end not to refund me almost $1200 of my hard earned dollars for this junk that doesnt even work. Buy your technology from another source than Amazon, folks. This has been and continues to be a nightmare.

> 3 dayIts my first gaming laptop and is awesome. The screen quality is perfect, 144hz are amazing. Ryzen 7 5800H is so fast, rtx 3060 is perfect for all games in 1080p. Temps are ok. RGB keyboard is nice, sound is loud and clear. I love this laptop.

> 3 dayThis laptop is an absolute Beast, it has amazing specifications, so there’s no point in going over that here. Anyone looking at these reviews is very serious and already knows what they are looking for. I can only go into what I feel is most important to me and I’m not a big gamer. I know, (not a gamer? What are you doing with this machine?) and I have a logical answer which is I am an amateur photographer and videographer with a high end digital camera for photos and videos plus a 4K video drone quadcopter (still learning, there’s a lot to learn here). This laptop is my photo and video dream machine, it can handle anything I need to do effortlessly and it has the speed and performance necessary to render effectively. Always wanted a machine for my photography needs and this one makes it. It offers excellent performance and has great battery life, making it ideal for gaming, photography and everyday use. It also has an impressive array of ports, allowing you to easily connect a variety of external devices and access your files and media quickly. It’s a little heavy, but that is to be expected with a computer of this caliber. The keyboard feel is better than any laptop I have had before and the backlit keys are very much appreciated. I have had computers with backlit keyboards, but this one really works well, I can see the keys from any angle easily.

> 3 dayThis Acer laptop is awesome. I own several Acer gaming laptops and this product adds to my arsenal. It has a wide screen with awesome colors. The solid state hard drive is massive and has plenty of punch for multitasking purposes. The laptop is highly responsive and fast and doesn’t even blink an eye when loading or putting it through heavy usage. Set up was simple enough and as usual lots of updates were required to be downloaded (which is normal) during any setup of a new device. I did not encounter any hiccups just smooth installation! The laptop doesn’t run hot even during heavy usage. The product is heavier than my other Acer laptops but this baby has a much larger screen to view. The keyboard is laid out properly and is very responsive and it has decent speakers to boot. I have played some games on it without any tearing or slowdown. . Boot up time is pretty fast and so far I’m very happy to recommend this product. This product is a great choice for those looking for a nice gaming product. Buy one and be happy!

> 3 dayI bought this as a replacement for my Acer Nitro 17 (2016) model. I like this laptop a lot! The charging and HDMI ports in the back are a nice touch. The screen looks great, and the customizable RGB keyboard is fun. I bought this for school work/gaming and I know I wont have an issue doing either with it. Also another nice surprise was how much tension the usb ports had on them. Ive never owned a device that holds onto thumb drives and cables like this thing does! No worries about something coming unplugged accidently.

> 3 daySo I spent 1500 on this. 2 days into owning it. I havent gotten 2 use it yet due to a death in the family so when I set up windows. I installed cod just to pull it up to see the picture quality, and I noticed a red line down the screen and a Grey line going across the bottom. Havent touched it since dealing with the death. So today I woke it from a sleep and typed in pin and when it went into windows. The screen started flashing Grey like a no signal..
