> 3 dayIm seeing a lot of DOA comments. I thought this at first too but the power cable is a bit deceptive. Once you put the plug in the laptop, you have to push with a bit of force and youll hear a click. That click indicates a connection.

> 3 dayTerrible quality plastic. After I installed an additional ssd, when I tightened the bolts on the bottom panel - the bolt sockets began to crumble when I began to tighten the bolts. There is also no stopper for the bolts - I did not feel resistance, the bolt turned easily - but as a result: a tubercle next to the button Esc. After three months of use, noise appeared - a crackling fan. A month later, after noise appeared in the fan, the GPU stopped loading, low FPS even in games that were simple for this laptop, like Csgo or DotA. All programs and settings are set to high performance, the default GPU is used in all games. The percentage of GPU load in Acer Nitro Sense also disappeared, in the task manager it can be seen that the video card is not loaded more than 30%. I am not satisfied with the laptop, I have no desire to buy more Acer products.

> 3 dayI personally did a RAM upgrade, threw in an additional nvme I had lying around, and installed Manjaro Linux.

Greater than one weekEverything about the laptop was good except, within less than two weeks of having it, it had issues reading the hard drive and now comes up with the error, no bootable devices, and will not turn on. Thankfully getting a refund because its been less than 30 days, but I would be much more upset if it went past that window.

> 3 dayThe product arrived broken and scrathed. Would not recommend at all. I was charged over 200 for a restocking fee that is insane. The seller was not as polite or respectful as it could be. I cant believe I was charged for a Laptop that didnt work properly.... do not recommend.

> 3 dayI’d have to say that for my first gaming laptop, this is exactly what I expected! It’s super responsive and allows me to use and play my Oculus Quest 2 for rift games on steam etc. Definitely worth getting this laptop if you’re looking for something reliable with the potential of upgrading the storage which I just did at 2TB and ram as well.

> 3 daySo far I love this laptop. Great speed with WiFi 6 capability (not yet used). Picked up a newer/faster one for my son whos starting college this month. One down-side is that it doesnt natively support dual monitors; youll need a base station like the Plugable USB 3.0 Docking Station, which I had to purchase separately.
