> 3 dayExcellent cost-benefit rate. It does include some bloat (Planet9) and a bunch of trial or 30-day software licenses as usual but they can be removed easily. Cooling system has shown no issues, but using a cooling base, at least for ergonomics, is recommended.

> 3 dayIm seeing a lot of DOA comments. I thought this at first too but the power cable is a bit deceptive. Once you put the plug in the laptop, you have to push with a bit of force and youll hear a click. That click indicates a connection.

> 3 dayPlays New World in almost the highest setting (tho it says that its below the recommended requirements for that game.) I had no problem but had to turn the fans on full (which is a little loud.)

> 3 dayVarious Acer laptops are being delivered damaged or completely useless. This one is no exception. The box came in with one half ripped open like a rabid animal was locked inside. Not only was the box terrible, but the laptop came in dead! It does not charge and after some fiddling, I discovered that it’s the laptop’s power supply that doesn’t work.

> 3 daySo looking at the reviews, I was pretty afraid that the laptop would be DOA.
