I have bought this thing twice now. Both times it has failed. The first time I bought it the thing at least turned on but the screen didn’t work. I decided I would return it then just get a different one. The second one decided it didn’t want to turn on at all.

Sims games crash sometimes but it’s decent.

Computer was received on time and functions very well.

I took the i7 with RTx 3050 version, 1TB. I already have MacBook Pro, but I bought this because I just need it for gaming (no HW, projects, or anything) JUST for gaming! I played cities skyline and Counter Strike, and I didn’t face any problem. I really recommend to buy the same version that I have if u want a laptop that can handle strong games (COD, FAR CRY etc). And talking about the RGB keyboard (the version that I have cannot change the color, even if you go to NitroSense App - ONLY RED)

Multiple time the screen would start to blink and glitch between the apps. Sometimes I just get black screens… it a powerful product but bat quality

Desde un comienzo debo quejarme de la batería, ya que desde el principio no duraba más de 3 horas sin el cargador. No vino con el cargador original y supuestamente tenía los sellos de seguridad intactos. Ahora en cuanto a rendimiento, sí es buena. Solo es cuestión de aumentar la memoria ram y otro par de TB al almacenamiento interno y listo. No vale lo que cuesta. Si pudiera cambiar de computadora, lo haría.

The screen flickers like an old tube TV attempting to get a station. Attempted to deal with Amazons customer service to trouble shoot and was passed to Acer. Worked with them for 3 weeks and even shipped it to Texas with a VIDEO of the issue. Got a letter back to say they couldnt replicate the issue but replaced the screen. Turned it on myself and within 30 seconds of it idling it was back at it. The customer service was absolutely horrid. Never again. Wasted time and energy on a plastic piece of garbage.

I run plenty of games through this thing with all my other tabs open in browsers and this thing has no issues. Have had it for 6+ months and don’t really have any complaints. I wish the GPU was a bit more powerful for games like COD but overall hitting 100+ fps in all titles is relatively easy at the lower end of graphic settings.
