My refurbished model has had no problems at all so far, but you will need a chillpad fan system as it gets a little warm, so use it with a small desk or table of some type

Greater than one weekThe laptop came damaged with scratches, the charger did not work, I had to replace it with my own money. When I finally got the laptop to work, I realized that the battery is damaged too. It can only charge up to 35% charge and wont go any further.

Greater than one weekSo I had previously bought the 9th generation and its great. In fact, it works perfectly with the exception of the occasional scrambled youtube or facebook video. So I thought it would have been a good idea to get the same or better for my sister. But when I actually got the laptop, it would not turn on or charge so I had to return this. Then I bought a new one and as luck would have it, its the same situation. I dont think Im buying anymore Acer Nitros any time soon.
