> 24 hourBut it came dead on arrival. No lights when powered into an outlet, and the only option is a refund, cant get it replaced. Bummer. Off to a different brand I guess.

> 24 hourI bought this on Acer website and have been severely disappointed with what Ive gotten. First of the quality of build isnt there. Nice to have all the connectors but plugins are in weird places, and the frame is made out of cheap plastic that looks like they were cutting corners. Initial setup was not intuitive at all. Graphics were horrible and colors looked washed down. Customer service said thats just the way it is. Eventually figured out how to get the settings right and Ill give it - when it works it looks pretty good. However, every now and then when I try to turn on my computer doesnt register this as a 4k monitor. Ive tried a lot of different methods but the only thing that works is unplugging, factory resetting then replugging the monitor. At this price point its simply unacceptable that they didnt work out the bugs with this thing, and offer the terrible customer service/warranty that they do. I would advise you steer clear of this monitor, and look at the Gigabyte M28 or wait off until theres better 4k monitors on the market, because I feel like I got scammed with this.

> 24 hour1 week UPDATE: Ive experienced the flicker. When it starts, there are vertical lines, and a 30hz backlight flicker. Its awful. Power cycling didnt fix it, but it did eventually stop over time. I kept changing inputs and power cycling trying to fix it. I have no idea why, but this must be what reddit people are complaining about. A day later. And the monitor seems normal again. Im not keeping this. Build quality is terrible, software or hardware issues apparent. I ran 144hz on both my monitors. Never needed with 240hz on this one.

> 24 hourAbsolutely loving this monitor so far, I got lucky to purchase it for $449 which is 50% off MSRP for this price I say the monitor is worth every penny for what your getting. However when it is $899 I feel like spending $100-$200 more you can have so many more options. I bought this for the sole purpose of having a second monitor for my Xbox Series X as a dual monitor setup for my gaming pc and xbox. Easy to use and setup no dead spots and color is surprisingly exceptional. I have yet to hook it up to my actual pc to play.

> 24 hourHad to unplug and plug in again because it was acting weird. Using it with my series x and the 4k at 120 works, my games are looking beautiful. The HDR mode really makes the colors pop.

> 24 hourI just received my monitor, but I’m absolutely blown away already how nice the picture quality on this monitor is. I managed to get the monitor 50% off brand new, I really feel like I got a good deal for them. The only thing negative I’d say about the monitor is that the speakers are some what pretty quiet. I’ll probably end up buying external speakers for the monitor.

> 24 hourAt first I thought I had image burn/image retention with this monitor after several hours of use a night and was going to return it, but then after some research it turns out if you turn up the black boost too high (I had it on 8, I believe), the image burn keeps coming back. So I turned it to the setting of 5 and I havnt had a problem with image burn since then. Pretty good monitor, my first time using an IPS @ 240hz for FPS games. Goodbye TN! Great colors also, really pretty pictures and colorful, amazing. Like nothing Ive used in the past.

> 24 hourThe only issues I had were related to auto HDR, its best to just leave hdr on, but that issue may be tied to the xbox series x specifically.
