When I unboxed the laptop it was wobbly on the table and I found that it was bent. I now have to go through the hassle of returning a damaged laptop.

I paid for a brand new laptop but the screen wouldn’t turn on even though the keyboard lit up. After a couple reboots it turned on, we went through the setup but after about 10 minutes the screen pixelated like someone had punched it and then went black. I called the help line and they said”that’s not normal.” Since the warranty only covers repairs I had to return it. Since it was a bday present this whole experience made for a pretty crappy birthday. Never again will I purchase an Acer.

I bought this for my son. He picked it out as he is way more tech savvy than me. Hes impressed with its specs. He spent a long time looking for the best machine in the budget I gave him. He plays VR and a bunch of games with it

I use this laptop for casual gaming only. It runs all the latest games extremely well and the cooling features are incredible. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great casual gaming options.

This baby is solid. If you want a 2k PC but cant afford it .....this is the substitute. Only issue I have ran into with this is sometimes after hours of gaming it gets a little warm. I bought a fan for it and it seems to suffice.

I know very little about computer spec for a high quality gaming laptop, but after reviewing products, I felt this product had the functionality my son needed for online gaming and the price was reasonable in comparison to the other products with similar specs. I got this laptop as a Christmas gift for my son, and he loves it! He said the graphics are awesome and he said the speed is high enough that he isn’t experiencing any lag when playing online games. I highly recommend this quality product that won’t break the bank!

My Laptop is okay the ONLY issue I am experiencing is Serious Overheating issues to the point where the Laptop shuts off/ restarts on its own. I live in Jamaica we are a Tropical Country and I feel like I have wasted my mom. A lot of times Im on a Zoom Call and it freezes on me even as the presentor of the zoom call.

The only thing to note about my experience is that the battery failed about 6 weeks in, I shipped for repair, they slapped another battery in, and that one failed after 2 weeks. If it’s been a while since I updated, then it stopped eating batteries.

I bought it like a month ago and everything was great. Unfortunately, One day I got the issue with battery, and now the laptop works only when it is plugged in. Not really happy but at least I can mail it for a repair.

This laptop has better hardware than the current gen consoles offers. Plays everything at max settings with no issue. I literally cant think of anything to say about it other than if youre reading this, close the other tabs youre comparing and just buy this one. Its going to do what you want it to.
